Dr. Kevin Paape
Dr. Kevin Paape is the son of a chiropractor. He is blessed to say that he has never known a life without chiropractic. As he grew up, he decided to follow his father’s footsteps. He began his college career at Bismarck State College and finished at Northwestern Health Sciences in Minneapolis, graduation and fortunate to practice with his father at Paape Chiropractic Clinic. He later moved to his current location in Fargo and Healing Arts Chiropractic was formed. Dr. Paape is also a licensed Acupuncturist. He uses a variety of techniques to specialize in back, neck, and extremity pain.
Dr. Mark Gunderson
Dr. Mark Gunderson has always been amazed by the human body and the fact that the nervous system can control millions of things at once. Dr. Gunderson felt that a profession that allowed him to work with the nervous system and body all while helping people reach an optimum level of health safely and naturally was a perfect fit. Dr. Gunderson started his college career at Concordia College in Moorhead, MN and completed his doctorate of chiropractic at Northwestern Health Sciences in Bloomington, Minnesota, graduating in 2011. Upon graduation Dr. Gunderson moved back to his hometown area of Fargo Moorhead, and started practicing aside Dr. Paape at Healing Arts Chiropractic. Dr. Gunderson specializes in the Diversified, Thompson, and Flexion Distraction techniques.
Dr. Kaitlin Landowski
Dr. Kaitlin Landowski fell in love with how the human body functions and heals itself in high school when she took her first human anatomy and physiology class. With her love of helping people, working with her hands and this newfound passion of how the human body works, she began her pursuit to becoming a Chiropractor. Dr. Landowski received her education at North Dakota State University and her Doctor of Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University. She returned to Fargo and lives here with her husband.
Dr. Tyler Lursen
Dr. Tyler Lursen knew his calling from an early age. Upon experiencing a sports injury, he was introduced to his life passion, chiropractic. Having been a student athlete at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota, Dr. Lursen learned valuable insights. He achieved a bachelors in Pre-Physical Therapy, and played collegiate baseball. Near his hometown of Maple Grove, he completed his Doctorate of Chiropractic at Northwestern Health Sciences in Bloomington, MN. Dr. Lursen enjoys educating patients on spinal health, guiding them towards balancing their life activites and a healthy musculoskeletal system! Fun Fact: he works part-time at Target Field for the Minnesota Twins baseball team. He helps the tarp and grounds crew. Dr. Lursen utilizes principles in diversified, Applied Kinesiology, drop table, and activator techniques to diagnose the source of headaches, as well as neck/back/extremity problems. He is excited and ready to work with the amazing chiropractic team at Healing Arts Chiropractic, bringing health and wellness to the community.
Dr. Rachel Nelson
Dr. Rachel Nelson always dreamed of becoming a doctor growing up in small town East Grand Forks, Minnesota. She then fell in love with how the human body heals itself after being treated by a chiropractor for a sports injury while playing high school hockey. Helping people heal and get back to work, sports and life are paramount in her practice. Dr. Nelson earned her undergrad at the University of North Dakota and then completed her Doctorate of Chiropractic with a Sports Emphasis at Northwestern Health Sciences in Bloomington, Minnesota, graduating in 2020. Dr. Nelson is excited to be back in the Red RIver Valley, practicing at Healing Arts Chiropractic.
Dr. Breyleigh Gegelman
Dr. Breyleigh Gegelman has been fascinated with the body’s abilities to heal itself through chiropractic care since high school, when he first sought care as a student athlete. He kept this mindset as he began his Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology at the University of North Dakota and finished his Doctorate of Chiropractic at Northwestern Health Sciences University with a Sports Emphasis. Dr. Gegelman moved to the Fargo/Moorhead area to finish his education as an intern with Healing Arts Chiropractic and is excited to be part of the Healing Arts Chiropractic team.
